Apex Life looks at the data you enter and the services you connect for Sleep, Exercise, Nutrition, Work, Fun and Body, and gives each area a score with one thing to focus on today.
Open the integrations area in the app and choose a service, such as Apple Health or Health Connect, Strava, Oura, WHOOP, Withings, Garmin Connect, Spotify, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar or Todoist. Pick which source comes first for each type of data. Disconnect any service at any time.
The coach looks at your own data, but answers are generated by AI and can be wrong. Use your own judgment, and tap Report on any answer that looks wrong.
Log meals by typing, scanning a barcode or taking a meal photo.
Only for optional place logging, which counts outings toward your Fun score. Apex Life explains this before asking, and you can turn it off at any time.
Apex Life includes a free plan. Optional monthly subscriptions (Standard, Pro and Elite) add statement uploads, higher AI allowances and more capable AI models. The price for your region is shown before you buy. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Go to Settings > Delete Account and confirm your sign-in. This removes your account and its data. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
